SHIPPING POLICY

*Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19*

USPS and fulfillment fees will be automatically calculated based on orders purchased. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the order to be fulfilled and additional business days based on USPS shipping speed as stated at check out. We will try our best to send you the goods as soon as possible. 

We can update your shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

If a wrong address is inputted and shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the receiving address to forward the goods to the customer. If your order is lost due to an invalid address inputted upon checkout, a refund will not be issued. If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we will try our best to reach out to you to confirm the correct address.

Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us, we will work with you to reship your order, or you can choose to refund the cost of the items instead. If we are reshipping to the correct address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. Once the shipping invoice is paid, the package will be re-shipped. If there is no response from the customer after 14 days, we will refund the cost of the goods. Please note we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.

International Taxes/Import Duties

Taxes and Import Duties are collected by each country’s customs authorities and may vary. Your order may be subject to taxes/import duties in addition to the shipment and cost of goods. We are not able to cover additional costs incurred by customs.
